Generating a publication list from the CREPČ2 database.

Please open the app.crepc.sk website.

Please enter your name (last name, first name) in the top search bar, select the “Osoba” (person) option from the drop-down menu, and click the “Hľadať” (search) button.

Please make sure that the details of the person you are looking for match the search. On the right side, click the list icon.

On the loaded page, you can choose which publication list you would like to view:
Citačný – the author’s publication list is displayed without references, but with statistical data,
Citačný len s ohlasmi – only those publications appear in the author’s publication list for which references have been entered,
Úplný citačný – the author’s publication list is displayed with references and statistical data,
Bibliografický – the author’s publication list displays percentage information related to authorship, as well as the metric data of journals and statistical data of publications,
Štatistika – only statistical data is displayed.
5. If you have selected the requested data, click the button Vytvori zostavu (create list) below.
6. The system warns you that it is creating the requested list in the background. The list will appear below. This is approx. It takes 3-5 minutes, but it depends on the server load. After the name appears, on the right side, in the Akcie field, select Stiahnől (download). The document is downloaded in RTF format. You can delete the downloaded list with the Vymazať (delete) button in the Akcie field, but the system will automatically delete it within 30 days.
