Periodicals

Our library’s collection is supplemented by numerous Hungarian, Slovak, and other foreign-language (Czech, English, German, Italian, etc.) journals.

Using the journal search:

1. Enter the name of the journal or a part of it in the search field, then click the “Search” button to start the search.
2. In the search results list, you will find copies of the journal corresponding to your search, and based on the publication data (volume, issue, month) in the list, you can select the desired issue(s).
3. By clicking the “All” button and leaving the search field blank, you can browse the entire collection of journals in the library.

Journals cannot be borrowed, only used on site; however, taking notes and making photocopies from them is allowed. You can request the copy you need by filling out a request form, which you can find in the library (OR DOWNLOAD HERE). Please indicate the name of the journal, volume, year of publication, issue number, and location in storage on the request form – you can find this information in the database.
