Abstract: This study examines the corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). CSR encompasses the efforts of companies aimed at making a positive impact on society and the environment while achieving their economic objectives. The study provides a detailed analysis of how SMEs implement CSR, what motivations drive these actions, and the specific measures they undertake. The research focuses particularly on how these companies integrate CSR into their daily operations and develop strategies to positively influence society and the environment. CSR is a complex approach that includes environmental, social, and economic considerations, which can be aligned with the company's economic goals, thereby promoting long-term sustainability and social well-being. The study also highlights how the integration of CSR can help SMEs better respond to market challenges and adapt to the continuously changing economic and social environment.
