Abstract: The relationship between critical infrastructure and supply chains is extremely important for the functioning of modern societies. Critical infrastructures such as energy, water and transport are essential for the smooth functioning of supply chains. The vulnerability of these systems, for example in the event of a natural disaster or cyber attack, can have serious consequences for the economy and society. Managing the dependency between supply chains and critical infrastructures requires the development of risk management strategies and disruption tolerance to ensure continuity of services and rapid recovery in crisis situations. In order to increase the flexibility of supply chains, it is necessary to continuously develop critical infrastructures and increase preparedness for threats.
