Abstract: Globalization has transformed the social, economic, and cultural structures of the modern world, increasingly connecting people and nations. Educational systems are also deeply affected by this process, facing new challenges that require flexible and innovative responses. In this global context, the Erasmus+ program is one of the most important European initiatives, offering opportunities for students and educators to engage in international mobility, thus promoting personal, professional, and cultural development. Participation in the Erasmus+ Programme contributes to enhancing employability, improving labor market positions, and fostering the development of transversal skills and professional competencies. Participants in the program become global citizens who contribute to the creation of a more open and collaborative world.
