Abstract: The constant great temptation of the chosen people of the Old Testament, following the example of the surrounding peoples, is to serve idols instead of honoring the eternal God. Even at the price of having to sacrifice their own sons on the altar of that deity. The human and child sacrifice to the god Moloch is abominable to God, yet it survives almost throughout as the dark side of the Old Testament cult. Is today's age free from this kind of anti-God and anti-life practice when it sacrifices embryos and aborted fetuses on the altar of the modern god of health for its own purposes, for the sake of modern man's well-being?
