Abstract: Labour mobility is an extremely complex and important issue in people’s lives. Each individual is encouraged by myriad factors to leave their homeland and apply for a job abroad. This phenomenon plays an important role in the economy and politics of the sending and hosting countries. If the hosting country can successfully implement educated abroad workers into the labour market, they can gain a significant advantage in order to fill the gaps. However, a significant loss can be concluded in the sending country’s economy when the educated workers leave the country. The research examines whether there is a significant difference in the work of gender according to their highest educational attainment. For this purpose, a Fisher‘s-exact test was conducted to analyse the formulated hypothesis. Based on the values of the one and two-sided tests, it can be stated that there is no significant differ-ence between the examined variables.
