Abstract: Leadership style has been a popular topic among researchers in recent decades, not surprisingly, we know a number of classifications of it. As with the world, leadership styles are changing, but many classifications and related characteristics are still valid today. The aim of the present study is to ana-lyze employee satisfaction taking into account Lewin’s leadership styles. This classification was used as the basis for the study because it identifies a relatively small number of leadership styles and is widely known, often appearing in similar scholarly works. In the introduction to the study, we intro-duce the concept of leadership style, mention Lewin et al.’s experiments, characterize the autocratic, democratic, and laissez faire leadership style, and address employee satisfaction and its influencing factors. The research was carried out between February and March 2021 with the involvement of 122 people. The results support the findings of Lewin et al.’s experiments.
