Abstract: One of the very essences of the Old Testament is the idea that in understanding the „sanctity” itself, the rules, the orders, also help us, human beings to understand the Deuteronomist. Therefore, all those who neglect the law, also forget about the sanctity itself. Even the Deuteronomist clarified that the only correct answer for illegitimacy can be only legality; the violence of the law is hurting not only „the other side”, but the whole of the lawful thinking and practice. We can announce: it’s the result of the Deutereonomist theology – which shows a symbiosis of taking into consideration of the theological and legal expectations- that we can count from time to time with a more rational technique of legal remedy. One of the most important elements of the narrative of the garden of Eden is the false accusation against God, supported by the seemingly hidden untrue rhetoric of the snake. This paper gives a detailed description of this murderous experiment of misleading the listeners and the readers of this biblical episode.
