Abstract: As the capital of Hungary, Budapest is the driving force of culture, education, science and, most importantly, economic life. A report summarizing the results of a selection made in the spring of 2020 research, which sought to describe the changing relations of the ninth district, most territorial and social context. The district has undergone a number of changes over the past 10 years; population and housing growth, territorial and social rehabilitation processes. The district is divided into four city sections, each of which draw a specific line around himself. The Inner Ferencváros and József Attila housing estate operating district "in place" units, the Outer Ferencváros remaining industrial areas with low population numbers and the Middle- Ferencváros, which is in the city's dynamic, actively developing areas of daily life.
