Abstract: The aim of this article is to present the development of artificial intelligence and its impact on the future of employment. The study provides a review of literature for the reader. The first chapter of the work illustrates economic impacts of artificial intelligence. It discusses the vision of employees and outlines legal requirements and moral behaviors. Some experts believe that although significant progress is being made in the field of digitalisation, the vast majority of emerging unemployment can still be explained as its main disadvantage. Opinions to the contrary, however, predict a positive vision where the employment is full and artificial intelligence serve the well-being of humanity. Emerging technological change is creating new challenges for the whole economy, including labor market participants. The labor market is transforming, some jobs are being lost and new jobs are being created. The question of the existence of human resources also arises, as in several countries almost half of jobs are occupied by robots. The last part of the study is the summary.
