Abstract: The aim of the research is to highlight the importance of trust between organizations. The key to success is not only numbers and profit margins, but also building trust between employees and employers, employees and business partners. The lack of trust is a phenomenon that can ruin many companies, but it should not always be a volatile quality. This is a tangible, pragmatic advantage that every company can create itself relatively quickly and successfully. The lack of trust can generate difficulties for the company not only in theory, but also in practice. Everyone who’s linked to the company can feel it’s consequences: suppliers, contractors, consumers, customers, employees, and the organization. However, sometimes there are those kind of influencing factors, that companies cannot fully prepare for and they are not ready for-when something starts in the world that no one expected before and we have no influence on such a process - a pandemic that freezes the world economy.
