Abstract: This study presents a qualitative research, a literature review examining the impact of technological advancements on multi-generational workforces, focusing on Baby Boomers, Generation X, Generation Y and Generation Z. These generations exhibit distinct workplace attitudes and technological adoption capacities, shaped by their socio-economic and technological backgrounds, with older generations requiring more gradual adaptation and support, while younger generations seamlessly integrate technology into their daily work. The study highlights how HR strategies must adapt to address the diverse needs of generational groups, fostering collaboration and optimizing workplace dynamics. By leveraging generational diversity, organizations can enhance employee satisfaction and productivity, contributing to long-term organizational success.
