Abstract: The study presents a part of the work of the Reformed pastor Béla Csekes. Csekes served in the Reformed Christian Church in Slovakia between the two world wars. He was the editor of the Református Világszemle (Reformed World Review), a unique quarterly journal published between 1931 and 1944. The journal aimed to unite Hungarian Reformed circles around the world. The editor Béla Csekes had extensive contacts and collaborators abroad. This paper, examining the writings on Hungarian Reformed in America, reports on the information published in the Református Világszemle (Reformed World Review) about the life of Hungarian Reformed in America between 1931 and 1934.
