Abstract: Virtual tours gained a lot of attention and popularity over the years. With the available technology cultural institutes and other interested parties are capable of translating the experience they offer into highly advanced digital spaces. Visitors can now walk-through museums, schools, and even real estate before attending in person. As mentioned, the us-age of virtual tours is practiced in different industrial sectors, such as catering, cultural heritage, property trading and so on. In this paper we discuss the workflow created to re-alize the planned project and its publication on the internet. In addition, we introduce the devices and technologies involved in creating a virtual tour for a higher educational in-stitute. The images were created with a Ladybug5 spherical imaging system which offers high-end features to accomplish the task. Furthermore, we highlight the key differences between the used imaging system and more affordable commercial products.
