Abstract: In 2019, the basic and advanced training of nearly 3,300 mentor-teachers was implemented. The study provides an insight into the complex process behind the development of intensive and parallel curricu-lum, training and examination platforms, as well as the creation and effective development of a learning community of three thousand people. In addition to the practical solutions and student responses presented, the study provides useful information for professionals working in university or teacher education who solve educational tasks over long distances, with complex groups, and tight deadlines. Data will be presented to enable professionals to address the successful transformation of heterogeneous groups of adult learners, often with different qualifications, motivations, ages, and competence structures, into a learning community.
