Abstract: One of the most important issues and tasks to be solved in the recent period is the school integration of children with special educational needs. The special educational need and the special life situation of living with a disability determine the future of the individual/pupil /student and his or her participation in all areas of the social life. In this respect, it is therefore a responsibility to determine whether a child actually requires special education. Thus, the unsolvability of the problem of students with special educational needs can be felt more and more strongly in the public education system as a whole. Although a number of positive efforts are being made to promote integration and / or inclusion, the growing number of students with SEN still seems to be moving precariously in the public education system.
