Abstract: Developing children's abilities is a priority for all educational institutions, and colleges provide a specific location and educational environment for this. In the present study, we review the special role of Reformed colleges in the history of talent management and then present their practice today through direct examples. Overall, the lessons of the past and the present also bring us closer to a approach to positive pedagogy and psychology, to good practices in talent management as a complex personality development.

Keywords: reformed college, college talent management, history, talent point, positive pedagogy and psychology
