Abstract: The vocation of Reformed Religious Education Teacher students is a special mission: to strive as both a teacher and a disciple to convey the messages of Scripture, building on the power of faith, to provide value and support to all those whose lives carry questions. The goals of Christian education can really be unfolded through trusting personal relationships and the personality tools of the teachers of theology. In our work, building on our study among Reformed Religious Education Teacher students, we focus on the external and internal resources that help professionals develop their skills in their ministry, especially the role of attachment and optimism and creativity beyond touching with the Spirit. By raising awareness of these personal skills, our goal is to strengthen the positive vision, the role of enthusiasm in helping effective performance, and the positive impact mechanisms of the pedagogical profession through its inspiring power.
