Abstract: In line with the changes in society, vocational training in Hungary is constantly changing. Like changes in general, renewal on the one hand brings a number of uncertainties, and on the other hand, it requires innovations at the level of school, in the interest of stability. Most of them are aimed at developing students' competencies, with emphasis on developing students' reflective thinking. The aim of the study is to examine the function of reflexivity, especially that of reflective journals, in the learning process.
